We are searching for an Assistant Controller to join the Fenix24 accounting team. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role for a seasoned accounting professional who thrives in fast-moving environments and takes genuine ownership of building and improving the processes around them. - Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely, accurate completion of journal entries, account reconciliations, accruals, and financial statement preparation in accordance with US GAAP.
- Drive improvements across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll operations, with a focus on responsiveness, effectiveness, and accuracy.

- Monitor and report on key financial metrics including DSO, aged payables, and cash flow indicators, providing timely analysis and insights to the VP of Accounting Operations.
- Design, document, and enforce internal controls and accounting policies, ensuring compliance with US GAAP and readiness for external audits or regulatory review.
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, and leadership to support strategic initiatives and business scaling efforts.
- Assist in managing relationships with external third parties and service providers, including auditors, tax advisors, legal counsel, and consultants, supporting key workstreams in coordination with the VP of Accounting Operations.
- Support ad-hoc projects, analysis, and leadership requests on an ongoing basis as business needs evolve.
