Your responsibilities- Finance reporting
- Assist Plant Controller in Manage financial reporting, monthly closing reviews, quarterly forecasting, and annual budget; Ensure timely preparation, integrity, and accuracy of reporting along with thorough analysis of risk and opportunities
- Manage finance result in Fusion/Anaplan/SAP, ensure data completeness and accuracy
- Discuss and finalize P&L with plant controller in detail level for forecasts and actual, efficiently manage different finance system to accurately reflect the P&L result
- Enhance existing finance processes to increase efficiency for consistency and standardization.
- Business Partner
- Effectively communicate financial condition and results to Leadership Team; determine and provide financial metrics, trends, and benchmarks to help better understand financial results and facilitate effective management decision making.
- Identify business unit critical margin improvement areas, proactively challenge the management team to ensure forecasts and plans are fully vetted and consider both the short-term and longer-term impact of business topics and issues
- Develop trusted relationship with management inside and outside of plant, regularly provide data mining and reporting, as well as ad-hoc analysis for business needs
- Internal Control
- Drive Global Framework Finance Control testing for internal auditing, ensure proper business partners are being connected and educated, gather sufficient samples, and complete audits on a timely basis. Develop and maintain proper internal controls for compliance
- Perform inventory valuation according to company policy and ensure accuracy of inventory and variances from book to physical; analyze obsolete inventory ensuring appropriate direction and facilitation to reduce exposure
- Serve as a liaison to internal auditors
The experience we're looking for- BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business is preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in financial management preferred.
- Must have demonstrated knowledge of cost accounting and inventory accounting systems
- Experience in supply chain environment with manufacturing is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and present data to plant management team and corporate supply chain teams.
- Experience with integrated ERP systems and proficiency in MS Office, mainly Excel. Knowledge of SAP/blackline/Anaplan is a plus

US salary rangesUSD $86,000.00 - $128,000.00
US pay transparencyThe base salary range for this role will vary based on experience in job and industry, training and education, skills relevant to the position, and other factors permitted by law. In addition to the base salary, the position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, which is subject to change each year.
