Responsibilities

  • Manage scheduling and provision of required training according to PWS specifications.
  • Oversee the secure management and maintenance of all issued Government property.
  • Respond to ongoing Government requirements throughout the contract life cycle.
  • Direct and supervise all labor divisions and overall contract management operations.

Full Job Description
Job title: Assistant Contract Maintenance Manager

Job Summary:
Serve as an on-site CMM during the CMM's absence and serves as the Assistant CMM during normal working hours but available during non-duty hours for emergencies, responsible for supervising all FSI corrective maintenance activities.

Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
  • Responsible for support staff coordination and ensuring required supervision of Contractor personnel is present during normal and other-than-normal duty hours.
  • Attend all meetings that involve interests or support as related to PWS when representation is requested by another base activity.
  • Ensure that all employees are properly trained and licensed, if required, prior to their appointment to a position or prior to operating equipment associated with a position.
  • Ensure that supervisors and managers schedule and provide training as specified in the PWS.
  • Ensures that all personnel assigned in each function secure and account for all Government property issued, that proper maintenance is performed, and that all applicable Security Control Plans are followed.
  • Respond to Government requirements which occur throughout the life of the contract, including contract requirements for data accumulation and submission.
  • Directs and supervises all divisions of labor and the overall contract management.
  • Reports directly to the CMM and to the Regional Project Manager.


Qualifications

Will be experienced in the supervision of a diversified work force responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of medical facility systems to include Energy Center operations. Must have an HVAC Journeyman License or higher-level State Certification. He/She will have the 10 Hour OSHA General Industry Training Certification and the 30 Hour OSHA Construction Safety & Health Training Course. The ACMM will also have working experience Working experience in AAALAC, CDC, NIH, BMBL, OSHA, NFPA, EPA, and other related codes and standards. Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. Must be able to pass a background check and have the ability to obtain and maintain NAC/LAC clearance after hire.

Education and/or Experience

The Assistant CMM will be technically qualified in the field of Healthcare or Research Facilities Management and should have, as a minimum, two years' experience in medical and research facilities O&M to include supervision of a work force that is responsible for O&M & repair of all facility systems, subsystems, and selected equipment typically found in a medical research facility.

Pay Range: $80,000 - $90,000 per hour
