AECOM Hunt has an exciting high-rise hospitality project in Northern California! Core and shell experience and hotel/hospitality experience a plus!!

Duties:
  • Assists the Project Management team with management administration on a moderate size and scope project, or a portion of a large size and scope project, following set guidelines for completion of tasks.
  • Executes construction assignments in accordance with standard practices, instructions, or previous training.
  • Employee handles situations independently.
  • Works with BIM team and use modelling software.
  • Works with Superintendents to address project questions/issues.
  • Assists with and monitors change orders.
  • Assists with construction compliance, site safety and financial reporting.
  • Works with document control systems, project management systems and other software or databases to keep information flow up-to-date and accurate.
  • Attends meetings and reports on project tasks as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:
  • BA/BS Engineering/Construction Project Management or related curriculum and 2 years of relevant construction experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in core and shell construction.
  • Experience in high rise construction and structural construction.
  • Experience in ground up commercial construction.
  • Proficiency with construction documentation such as RFI, RFP, proposals, change order management, etc.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as CMiC, Procore, etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
  • Experience working on construction projects in excess of 300MM.
  • Hospitality, casino, hotel, high rise construction experience strongly preferred.
