Full Job Description
Under the direction of the Executive Director, Clinical Nurse Manager or Clinical Nurse Director, the WelbeHealth Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager is accountable for organizing and directing the day-to-day work at the clinic, overseeing clinic staff, and coordinating clinic flow to ensure effective clinical services are provided and quality of care standards are met. The Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager may also provide oversight of the WelbeHealth RN Case Manager program. This role is different because the Assistant Clinical Nurse Manager will: • Play a key role in launching WelbeHealth's first center in New Jersey • Have oversight of clinic operations in addition to developing workforce plans, while occasionally stepping in when RN support is needed We care about our team members.
