DescriptionAssistant Clinical Director vacancy in Rutland, MA
Monday-Friday with on-call rotation.
The salary range is $75,000 - $87,580 depending on education and experience.
$3,000 Sign-on Bonus
As the Assistant Clinical Director, you will:
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to clinicians and case managers.
- Direct the delivery of clinical services in accordance with established standards and practice guidelines.
- Serves as a consultant to the Clinical and Center Leadership teams.
- Ensure clinically appropriate aftercare plans in collaboration with treatment team, client, family, agency representatives, and community resources.
- Coordinate equitable distribution of case assignments and skillfully handle crisis intervention.

Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age
- Valid driver's license required
- A Master’s Degree from an accredited institution of higher learning in Psychology, Social Work, Education or related field required, ideally with a specialization in counseling, behavior analysis, or direct treatment services.
- Licensed Mental Health Professional, such as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist required
- Previous human services experience providing clinical services, including DBT services required
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must be able to attend a 2-week paid orientation, Monday to Friday, 8AM to 4PM, in Rutland, MA.
