Our Assistant Clinical Directors play a critical role in supporting clinical excellence, mentoring BCBAs and RBTs, and helping create stable, high-quality treatment environments for children and families.

Job Type: Full-Time In-Person Center-Based

Base Salary: Starts at $92,000

Retention Bonus: $5,000

Annual Bonus Opportunity: Earn up to ~15% of salary

What You'll Do:

The Assistant Clinical Director supports the Clinical Director in overseeing clinical operations, maintaining treatment quality, mentoring clinical teams, and helping ensure alignment with clinical, ethical, and payer expectations. This role is ideal for an experienced BCBA who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, quality improvement, and helping shape a positive and sustainable clinical culture.

Requirements
  • Required Qualifications:
    • Current BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
    • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience working in the field of ABA as a BCBA, preferably 2 years & in a supervisory role.
    • Experience working with children with autism and/or early intervention populations
    • Previous experience supervising clinical staff and/or mentoring RBTs
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Leadership or mid-level management experience within an ABA setting
    • Strong collaboration, communication, and mentorship skills
    • Experience supporting clinical quality assurance and documentation oversight
    • Experience with EMR systems and clinical documentation platforms
    • LBA licensure (if applicable by state)
