Full Time Assistant Clinical Director

AKABA LLC is seeking an Assistant Clinical Director - Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help lead our team in providing high quality Applied Behavior Analysis in the home, center, and community settings to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This position is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by providing clinical supervision to BCBAs, overseeing training, managing a small caseload, and enhancing AKABA's operations to ensure effective and compassionate care for our clients.

  • Conduct/Assist with intake and initial assessments (VBMAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLLS, etc.)
  • Attend Biweekly Leadership Meetings (every other week)
  • Clinical Oversight meetings with BCBAs/ case supervisors
  • Assist with training BTs in ABA principles and Safety procedures (such as Safety Care)
  • Review potential clients, Prior Authorizations, BIPs and client data
  • Assist with Client meetings and Employees Reviews
  • Supervise BCBAs and ABA therapists (direct and indirect supervision)
  • Write and develop programming for clients (Behavior Intervention Plan)
  • Parent Collaboration
  • Attend case-specific IEP meetings and limited employee recruitment events
