About the Role
Our Corte Madera clinic is opening soon, and we're looking for a skilled, warm RN to join us as Assistant Clinic Director. Working closely with the Clinic Director, you'll be at the heart of what we do - delivering excellent IV therapy, building genuine client relationships, and helping keep the clinic running smoothly. The role is flexible on hours and is a path to Clinic Director, if of interest. You'll have partnership and support from the Clinic Director and owners.
What You'll Do
Clinical Care & Quality
- Start IVs and administer IM injections safely and with confidence
- Monitor clients throughout treatment for comfort and safety
- Prepare IV drips and manage treatment flow throughout the day
- Maintain documentation accuracy and compliance with all clinical protocols
Client Experience & Membership Growth
- Ensure every client receives a high-quality, personalized, consistent experience
- Help clients understand IV Nutrition offerings and drive membership conversations through education, not pressure
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally
- Drive client retention and repeat visits through exceptional service
Operations & Clinic Support
- Support daily clinic operations, workflow efficiency, and scheduling
- Maintain consistency in service delivery across all shifts
- Execute company protocols and keep the clinic organized and compliant
- Act as primary point of contact when the Clinic Director is unavailable
Team Support & Development
- Help onboard, train, and support new team members
- Foster a positive team environment and contribute to a culture people are proud to be part of
- Support the CD in coaching and maintaining performance standards
What You'll Bring
Licensure & Certifications
- Current, active California RN license - required
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification - required
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certification - preferred
Experience
- 1+ year of vascular access or infusion experience
- Some leadership or supervisory experience preferred
- Experience in a client-facing or wellness setting a plus

- Full-time 40 hours/week (negotiable) | Clinic open 7 days a week | No overtime
- 1-2 weekend shifts per month based on staffing
