Assistant Administrator - Licensed Nursing Home AdministratorWe are seeking to fill the position of
Assistant Administrator- $85,000 to $110,000 annually based on skills and experience.
Assistant Administrator Qualifications.- Active MA Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in Long-Term Care.
- Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
Assistant Administrator Job Summary:- In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, develop, implement, direct and assess objectives and goals for the St. Patrick's Manor senior care community.
- In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, participate in selection and review of administrative and management staff.
- Participate in business development and marketing efforts.
- Stay abreast of current regulations to maintain survey and inspection readiness.
- In cooperation with the CEO/Administrator, develop and update Emergency Preparedness Plan.
- Review resident complaints and grievances, accidents and incident reports.
- Assist in preparation of annual operating budget.
- Make regularly scheduled visits to every department to assist department managers in proper maintenance and operation of their areas.
- Serve as liaison for the CEO/Administrator to medical and support staff, residents and families on all necessary communications, policies and procedures interpretations, etc.
