We're looking for a dynamic Assistant Nursing Home Administrator who shares our vision of creating meaningful experiences for our 287 residents in continuing care (MC, AL, SNF).

As a key member of our leadership team, you will partner closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure outstanding resident experiences, exceptional care outcomes, and compliance with all regulatory standards.

How you will make an impact
  • Lead initiatives to drive occupancy growth across the Continuing Care continuum by cultivating relationships with residents, families, healthcare professionals, discharge planners, social workers, community organizations, and other key referral sources.
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for all Continuing Care departments, including nursing, dining services, admissions, resident services, therapeutic recreation, housekeeping, laundry, maintenance, and administration, ensuring an exceptional resident experience.
  • Develop and manage annual operating and capital budgets, identifying opportunities for operational efficiencies while supporting ongoing investments that enhance resident care, services, and the community environment.
  • Monitor and evaluate community performance through the review of financial and operational metrics, proactively identifying trends and implementing solutions to achieve quality, service, and financial objectives.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by ensuring team members receive comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and professional development that supports role effectiveness, resident-centered care, and Erickson Senior Living's service standards.
  • Champion a robust quality assurance and continuous improvement program, driving compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional care outcomes for residents and families.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary leaders to create a positive, engaged workplace culture that supports employee development, retention, and high-quality resident care.


Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $110000.00 / year, plus eligibility for annual bonus
