This role ensures projects are executed efficiently, teams remain aligned, and company objectives are achieved through strong leadership, operational excellence, and accountability.
Key Responsibilities- Lead development and construction projects from pre-development through completion.
- Oversee project schedules, milestones, budgets, and stakeholder coordination.
- Manage construction teams, contractors, consultants, and project reporting.
- Direct permitting, entitlements, inspections, and municipal relationships.
- Oversee property and asset management operations, including tenant services, maintenance, and vendor performance.
- Develop and implement operational systems, SOPs, and process improvements.
- Drive adoption of AI, automation, and technology solutions to improve efficiency.
- Prepare executive reports and provide strategic operational support to the CEO.
- Ensure alignment across development, construction, property management, and ownership teams.

- Experience implementing operational systems, technology, and process improvements.
- Familiarity with AI tools, automation platforms, and modern business systems.
