Goldman Sachs is hiring an Associate for the Digital Marketing team to support its Private Wealth Management business. This role sits within a highly collaborative team focused on accelerating business acquisition and revenue growth, globally. The Digital Leads Program connects with unknown prospects through paid media and Search channels and leverages our website and nurture communications to drive engagement and lead flow.This role will own program reporting, performance insights, lead tracking, and operational enhancements across the Digital Leads Program.

The Associate will work directly with global offices, partnering with regional management teams, advisors, and marketing colleagues. They will bring a strong commercial mindset to a team that focuses on accelerating performance for the firm, leveraging analytics and insights to measure program effectiveness, inform program strategy, and identify commercial outcomes. Experience translating business results into impactful storytelling is critical. The ideal candidate will anticipate leadership needs, exercise critical thinking, and bring a collaborative, detail-oriented, and organized approach.

Private Wealth Management (PWM)

Goldman Sachs Private Wealth Management (PWM) specializes in creating comprehensive wealth management plans for high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as select institutions, including foundations and endowments. PWM Teams work one-on-one with clients to advise and deliver customized strategies drawn from our deep investment experience, diverse wealth management capabilities and global reach. Our Private Wealth Advisors (PWAs) deliver an unparalleled investment platform inclusive of the full product and service offerings of Goldman Sachs and beyond, which may include tax and estate planning, philanthropic planning and private banking and lending services. As client needs evolve, this close relationship allows the team to offer complementary services and new opportunities by leveraging the resources of Goldman Sachs and beyond.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Governance:
  • Manage Digital Leads Program reporting, lead tracking and operations
  • Own timely and accurate delivery of recurring reporting, ad hoc analysis and program results
  • Document and monitor prospect personas and trends to identify insights and inform targeting

Technical skills:
  • Work with Product and Engineering teams on lead workflow (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate with Digital Marketing team to build lead scoring and nurture (Pardot)
  • Map and refine customer journeys by buyer persona and product category


Team and Collaboration:
  • Drive process efficiencies and leverage GS AI tools to maximize resources
  • Collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to a dynamic, high-performing environment
  • Contribute insights to the design and optimization of website landing pages used for prospecting


EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3+ years professional experience with demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing
  • Experience in sales enablement with revenue-facing roles
  • Experience with lead nurture strategies, including scoring that generates qualified leads
  • Experience with email marketing automation technologies e.g. Marketo, Pardot a plus
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce and mechanics of lead management
  • Ability to analyze quantitative metrics and present results of marketing efforts to executives
  • Judgment and diplomacy when dealing with executives and business partners
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and think clearly under pressure
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
  • Financial services industry knowledge a plus


Salary Range
The expected base salary for this New York, NY, United States-based position is $85000-$160000. In addition, you may be eligible for a discretionary bonus if you are an active employee as of fiscal year-end.
