JOB DESCRIPTION

Be the Product Owner who transforms Asset & Wealth Management analytics—replacing non-strategic data with governed platforms, end-to-end lineage transparency, and NLP-powered BI that turns questions into insights faster.

As a Product Owner within Asset & Wealth Management BI Tooling COE you will be reducing reliance on non-strategic data sources and accelerate adoption of strategic data platforms and governed data products across AWM. You will increase transparency into BI tool usage and data lineage, expand coverage across key analytics platforms (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, ThoughtSpot), and drive stakeholder adoption through communities and enablement. It will also advocate for, evaluate, and support NLP-enabled BI tools to shorten the path from business questions to delivered analytics, while maintaining strong platform controls and high-quality service delivery with internal support teams and external vendors.

Job responsibilities

  • Represent Asset & Wealth Management in cross-firm BI tool adoption/discontinuance discussions; support lifecycle governance and communications
  • Support AWM teams onboarding to strategic BI platforms, including enablement and success measures
  • Maintain required platform training and build COE expert depth (Q1/Q2 deliverables)
  • Deliver strong service for COE-supported platforms with internal partners (e.g., AIDE, ISPL) and vendors (e.g., Alteryx, Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
  • Develop and enforce platform controls; manage and reduce exceptions via automation/self-service
  • Standardize support intake and delivery via ServiceNow, with reporting and continuous improvement
  • Promote maturity of platform usage through advanced enablement patterns (e.g., Spotter implementation)
  • Build and maintain a deep AWM stakeholder network (regular forums/advisory groups; Q1/Q2 deliverables)
  • Reduce reliance on non-strategic data sources through transparent reporting, standardized datasets, and adoption pathways to governed data products/Data Mesh

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Product Owner/Product Manager experience delivering data/analytics platform capabilities
  • Working knowledge of BI/analytics tooling ecosystems (experience with some of: Alteryx, Tableau, ThoughtSpot)
  • Demonstrated ability to drive adoption and behavior change across a large user community through stakeholder engagement and enablement
  • Experience operationalizingevergreen processes(repeatable refresh, clear ownership, automated reporting, controls, documentation)
  • Experience with platform controls, exceptions management, and operating in an audit-aware environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Financial services experience commensurate with a Vice President level role (7+ years), ideally in data and analytics, wealth or private banking, or related domains
  • Familiarity with strategic data platform concepts (e.g.,Data Mesh, governed data products) and BI integration patterns
  • Vendor/partner management experience (roadmaps, escalations, entitlements)
  • Experience evaluating NLP-enabled analytics capabilities and defining safe adoption guardrails
