Who we are looking for
This position will act as a key contributor to the United States Asset Owner Client Service teams within Investor Services, with a focus on leading client process improvement initiatives on behalf of key clients.
What you will be responsible for
As the Client Continuous Improvement Assistant Vice President you will
- Conduct formal continuous improvement analysis and/or implementation projects for top asset owner clients. Projects will involve working directly with various contacts at the client and relevant State Street contacts and projects will vary in complexity and scope.
- Drive execution of client initiatives working both externally and internally across various stakeholders, levels, and clients to achieve desired results. Create and regularly distribute project updates to key stakeholders and maintain project plans.
- Occasionally act as a presenter in client meetings to showcase Continuous Improvement project concept and/or present results using a PowerPoint presentation
- This role could also be asked to perform business analysis governance, or adhoc project activities as needed.

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience preferred
- Knowledge of Core State Street technology platforms used by institutional clients (ex. MyStateStreet.com, eCFM, etc.)
- Experience working with asset owner clients is a plus
- PMP certification, or desire to achieve PMP certification, desired but not a requirement
Additional requirements
Travel for occasional client meetings may be required
Salary Range:
$80,000 - $140,000 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
