Expected salary range of $131,400 to $146,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Primary Purpose of Position
The Asset Optimization Manager leads the financial modeling and valuation of operational, investment, and commercial opportunities for Constellation's nuclear generation fleet and broader generation portfolio. This role supports evaluation of Constellation's nuclear investments and commercial transactions, including previously announced deals. This role develops rigorous financial analyses and business cases to inform capital allocation and strategic decision-making, helping shape the future of Constellation's generation portfolio and long-term energy strategy.
Primary Duties and Accountabilities
• Develop and maintain asset-specific financial models to support long-term valuation, investment analysis, and strategic planning for Constellation's nuclear generation fleet.
• Lead cross-functional teams to evaluate current and future operational and financial performance of generation assets, identify key drivers of asset value, and assess risks and opportunities for value creation.
• Apply financial modeling and valuation analysis to inform capital allocation decisions, commercial transactions, regulatory initiatives, and corporate development and project finance opportunities.
• Support long-term strategic and business planning processes by developing and evaluating operational and financial initiatives.
• Translate complex financial, operational, and commercial analysis into clear business cases and decision materials for executive leadership and the Board.

Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics or related degree
• 8 years of experience in finance, investment banking, investment management, corporate development, valuation, or a related analytical field
• Demonstrated proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and discounted cash flow valuation
• Demonstrated ability to apply strategic, analytical, research and critical-thinking skills to complex business problems and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Preferred Qualifications
• Master's degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field
• CFA or CAIA certification
• Experience supporting complex transactions, investments, or capital allocation decisions
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, power markets, or another capital-intensive industry
• Interest or experience in using AI and other emerging technologies to enhance financial analysis
