Full Job Description
Job Title: Asset Manager Platform Enablement Coordinator

Locations: Denver CO or Jacksonville FL – Hybrid 6x a month

About the Role

The Asset Manager Platform Enablement Coordinator is the inside operator for BDIM's Model Marketplace. The Relationship Manager, Asset Manager Platform sources and signs asset manager partners and owns the external relationship. This seat makes each partner real on the platform: onboarded cleanly, configured correctly in the Model Marketplace Administrative UX (MMADMIN), supplied with current content, and supported once RIAs begin subscribing to their models.

The thesis behind the seat is capacity. The Model Marketplace only scales if the cost of adding and maintaining a manager falls as the stable grows. That happens through disciplined use of the tooling we have built, a repeatable onboarding playbook, and a single point of accountability for the operational and content work that would otherwise land on the Relationship Manager, Product, or Engineering. You will be the most fluent user of MMADMIN in the firm and the person every manager and every subscribing RIA can count on to get an answer.

How You Will Make an Impact

Model Marketplace administration (MMADMIN power user)

Configure and maintain manager, strategy, and model records in MMADMIN: profiles, model definitions, fee schedules, minimums, entitlements, and marketplace visibility

Monitor model update and rebalance workflows, exception queues, and data quality across the marketplace; resolve what can be resolved at the admin layer and escalate cleanly what cannot

Own the RIA subscription lifecycle from request through activation, changes, and offboarding

Document admin procedures and maintain the runbook so the marketplace operates the same way regardless of who is at the keyboard

Serve as the primary feedback channel into Product and Engineering: log defects, prioritize enhancement requests from the perspective of managers and RIAs, and participate in acceptance testing of MMADMIN releases

Manager onboarding execution

Run the onboarding checklist end to end for every new partner across SMA (Model-Delivered and Manager-Traded) and ETF/Mutual Fund programs once the Relationship Manager has closed the commercial conversation

Coordinate the cross-functional sequence: contract execution handoff from Legal, Manager Research due diligence packet, model delivery and data feed setup, trading and operations readiness, marketplace listing, and go-live sign-off

Track time-to-onboard and root-cause delays; own the standard and improve it release over release

Build and maintain the manager-facing onboarding kit (requirements, templates, timelines, contacts) so partners know exactly what we need and when

Content and marketing coordination

Collect, standardize, and version manager collateral for the marketplace: strategy fact sheets, commentary, pitch decks, performance disclosures, and marketplace listing copy

Route all manager and co-branded content through Compliance review and maintain the audit trail

Keep the marketplace content current: track refresh cadences by manager, chase stale material, and report content freshness as a platform metric

Assemble wholesaler enablement kits with the Relationship Manager: talking points, platform walkthroughs, and "models on Black Diamond" collateral partner sales teams can carry into RIA coverage

Coordinate the joint marketing calendar with partners: webinars, conference presence, co-marketing campaigns, and platform announcements to subscribing RIAs

RIA subscriber enablement and support

Act as first-line support for RIAs subscribing to marketplace models: subscription questions, model availability, content requests, and workflow guidance

Deliver and maintain RIA-facing training material on discovering, evaluating, and subscribing to models

Capture RIA feedback on managers, content, and platform experience and feed it to the Relationship Manager, Manager Research, and Product

Inside support to the Relationship Manager, Asset Manager Platform

Maintain the partner pipeline and onboarding status in the CRM and produce the weekly partnerships status report

Prepare partner meeting materials, follow-up items, and program reporting (managers onboarded, subscriptions, assets, content status)

Handle recurring partner correspondence and requests so the Relationship Manager's time stays on sourcing, distribution enablement, and revenue

Required Experience

2 to 5 years in asset management operations, TAMP or platform operations, marketing operations, or client service in wealth management

Working knowledge of SMA and model delivery basics: how model providers deliver, how RIAs consume, and where the handoffs break

Demonstrated comfort as a power user of administrative software: configuration, data hygiene, exception handling, and the discipline to document what you do

Clear, precise writing; you will edit manager collateral and write RIA-facing material that has to survive compliance review

Strong project coordination: multiple manager onboardings in parallel, each with a cross-functional dependency chain, without dropping steps

Familiarity with marketing compliance review processes for investment content

Preferred: experience with Black Diamond, a CRM such as Salesforce or HubSpot, and basic data skills (Excel at a minimum; SQL is a plus)

Builder temperament: this is a new seat on a new platform, and the playbook is partly yours to write

KPIs

Time-to-onboard per manager, and the trend as the stable grows

Onboarding quality: defects or rework surfaced after go-live per manager

MMADMIN operational health: exception resolution time, data quality error rate, release acceptance turnaround

Content freshness: share of managers with current, compliance-approved collateral on the marketplace

RIA subscription turnaround and first-response time on subscriber requests

Relationship Manager leverage: managers supported per RM, and RM time reallocated from operations to distribution work

Why This Role

This is the operating seat for a marketplace that is being built, not maintained. You will have direct influence on how the Model Marketplace and MMADMIN evolve, a visible role with every asset manager and RIA on the platform, and a clear path toward platform operations leadership or partner relationship management as the program grows.
