Be a trusted resource for clinical and educational professionals. In this consultative role, you will train, support, and build relationships with customers who rely on WPS assessments and intervention resources.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Educate & Support Customers
• Serve as a trusted advisor on WPS assessments
• Guide best practices for administration and interpretation
• Deliver engaging trainings, workshops, and presentations
• Support customers in schools, clinics, and professional settings
Build Relationships
• Develop relationships with key influencers in clinical and educational markets
• Represent WPS with professionalism and integrity
• Promote WPS products and brand at conferences and meetings
• Collaborate with Marketing on strategic campaigns and lead generation
Bring Market Insight Back
• Provide detailed customer and market feedback to internal teams
• Use CRM tools such as NetSuite and HubSpot to track interactions
• Document trends, opportunities, and follow-up needs
• Contribute to area planning, forecasting, and strategic decisions

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
• Relevant professional qualification required, minimum master's level.
• Experience administering and interpreting psychometric assessments.
• Knowledge of clinical or school markets desired.
• Understanding of school psychologists, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and clinical psychologists is helpful.
• Comfort presenting to a variety of audiences and building rapport with customers.
• Basic computer skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
STRONG SIGNALS
• At least five years of experience administering and interpreting psychometric assessments.
• Experience delivering customer trainings, workshops, or conference presentations.
• Ability to interpret usage trends, customer feedback, and relevant clinical or educational data.
• Consultative selling skills and comfort addressing customer needs, objections, and next steps.
• Ability to travel as needed, up to 33% of the time, including overnight stays.
