Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in asphalt production or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety practices, quality control, and production operations is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, are essential.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic to intermediate computer skills required.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are necessary.
• Must be able to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple asphalt plant facilities.
• Promote and implement safe work practices through safety meetings and compliance efforts.
• Support asphalt mix design and quality control initiatives by reviewing project requirements.
• Coordinate material testing and monitor results in collaboration with technical services.
• Assist in scheduling production, planning maintenance, and coordinating staffing needs.
• Manage material supply to ensure production is timely and cost-effective.
• Contribute to budgeting, cost tracking, and processing invoices for plant operations.
