The ASC RN Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily nursing operations within the Ambulatory Surgery Center while delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring compliance with clinical, regulatory, and accreditation standards. This leader serves as a clinical resource for staff, coordinates care across interdisciplinary teams, and helps create a safe, efficient, and patient-centered environment.

Primary Responsibilities:- Lead and support the delivery of patient care using the nursing process, including assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of patient assessments, nursing interventions, patient education, and responses to treatment
- Provide clinical oversight and support to nursing staff while promoting best practices and high standards of care
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, surgeons, anesthesia providers, and staff to coordinate safe and effective care
- Assist anesthesia personnel during patient induction and provide general patient care support in the operating room as needed
- Monitor and maintain the safe control, storage, and utilization of medications, pharmacy inventory, and medical supplies
- Promote a clean, safe, and compliant patient care environment that meets regulatory and accreditation requirements
- Foster positive, professional relationships with patients, families, physicians, and team members
- Participate in facility compliance initiatives, quality improvement programs, and performance enhancement activities
- Collaborate with leadership and staff to achieve organizational goals and operational excellence
- Maintain and update surgeon preference cards and procedural documentation to support efficient surgical workflows
- Support regulatory readiness and adherence to ASC policies, procedures, and standards

Required Qualifications:- Associate9s or Bachelor9s degree in Nursing, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- BLS certification
- ACLS and PALS certification, or ability to obtain within six months of hire
- 2+ years of experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC)
- Leadership experience as a Charge Nurse, Supervising RN, or similar clinical leadership role
- Solid knowledge of regulatory compliance, accreditation standards, and quality assurance practices within a surgical setting
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, coordinate patient care, and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site and perform the essential functions of the role while following organizational safety protocols and infection prevention practices
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor9s degree in Nursing (BSN)
- Experience leading process improvement or operational excellence initiatives
- Experience participating in or leading LEAN projects
- Experience within a fast-paced outpatient surgery or procedural environment
- Solid background in quality improvement, staff development, and patient safety initiatives

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 - $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
