Artificial Intelligence Program Manager
The Opportunity:

An effective AI program requires a manager who is passionate about guiding it through the complexities of its lifecycle. It requires someone who is dedicated to identifying challenges, mitigating risks, and supporting a team with vision and focus.

As a lead AI program manager on our team, you'll design, implement, and maintain impactful programs by building and scaling enterprise data and AI capabilities across complex, distributed organizations. You will be trusted to organize and coordinate program objectives, while your team will look to you for direction as they navigate requirements, budget constraints, and staffing challenges. As an authority in enterprise AI strategy, you'll identify opportunities to grow the business by supporting the Navy's mission.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience as a DoD professional, including interaction with O-6 or GS-15-level Supervisors, Directors, or Commanding Officers
  • 3+ years of experience leading the design and execution of enterprise AI strategy
  • Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with aggressive project timelines and continual client delivery
  • Experience working independently developing products for internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience interpreting requirements and developing solutions
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
