Overview
Digitas Health is seeking an Art Supervisor to help lead creative development across a dynamic, DTC-focused healthcare brand. This role is responsible for concepting and executing compelling, insight-driven creative that connects with patients and drives meaningful engagement across channels.
Responsibilities
• Partner with copywriters, strategists, and account teams to develop breakthrough creative concepts for DTC campaigns
• Lead the design and execution of integrated marketing materials across digital, social, video, display, CRM, and print
• Translate brand strategy and insights into clear, engaging visual storytelling that resonates with patient audiences
• Own projects from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality creative output and consistency across touchpoints
• Present work internally and to clients, effectively articulating creative rationale and strategic thinking
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account, PM, strategy, studio, and production teams to deliver on time and within budget
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and art directors, reviewing work and helping elevate creative output
• Stay current with trends in DTC marketing, digital experiences, and healthcare advertising to bring fresh ideas to the team
• Participate in creative reviews, brainstorms, and new business efforts as needed
Qualifications
• 5-7 years of healthcare advertising experience, with a strong focus on DTC or consumer-facing work
• BA degree in Advertising, Communications, Fine Arts, or related field
• Strong portfolio demonstrating concepting and execution across integrated campaigns (digital, social, video, etc.)
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and presentation tools (PowerPoint, Keynote)
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative agency environments
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain creative decisions
• Experience managing or mentoring junior creatives is a plus
• Ability to balance multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail

Compensation Range: $81,225 - $116,655 annually This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
