Full Job Description
The Role:

We're looking for a highly organized, creatively driven Content Production Lead to own and execute end-to-end photo and video production across our client portfolio. This role blends art direction, production management, and hands-on execution, ensuring every shoot is strategically planned, seamlessly executed, and delivered at the highest creative standard.

This person is the Directly Responsible Individual (DRI) for all shoots, overseeing everything from pre-production planning through on-site execution and post-production quality control. You'll serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, clients, and freelance photographers/videographers while maintaining strong creative vision and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:
• Own the full lifecycle of photo and video productions, from planning through final delivery.
• Serve as the DRI for all production-related workstreams, ensuring projects stay on schedule and meet creative expectations.
• Develop production plans, including creative briefs, shot lists, mood boards, production schedules, and video concepts.
• Translate brand strategy and campaign goals into compelling visual direction.
• Source, onboard, schedule, and manage a network of freelance photographers and videographers.
• Lead all pre-production communications with freelancers, providing clear creative direction and expectations.
• Travel regularly to client locations to lead on-site productions and serve as the primary point of contact during shoots.
• Art direct photographers, videographers, and talent in real time to ensure content aligns with the creative vision.
• Manage production timelines and troubleshoot challenges to keep shoots running smoothly.
• Review photography and video deliverables, providing constructive feedback throughout production and post-production.
• Ensure all final creative assets meet brand standards and client expectations.
• Step behind the camera when needed to capture high-quality photography in overflow or emergency situations.
• Oversee the organization, storage, and delivery of all creative assets, including managing client galleries and internal content libraries.
• Partner closely with Social & Content Strategists, Client Success Managers, and Project Managers to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals and channel strategy.

What You Bring to the Table:
• 5+ years of experience in creative production, art direction, photography, or a related field.
• A strong portfolio showcasing photography, creative direction, and visual storytelling.
• Experience managing end-to-end commercial photo and video productions.
• Proven ability to lead productions on location while directing photographers, videographers, talent, and clients with confidence.
• Experience managing freelance creative partners and building strong vendor relationships.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.
• A sharp creative eye with a passion for visual storytelling and brand consistency.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including Lightroom, Photoshop, and Capture One.
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively.
