Job Summary

The ARNG Equipment Analyst will support the Army National Guard equipment readiness and depot maintenance programs by tracking equipment movements, analyzing logistics data, and coordinating with maintenance offices nationwide using GCSS Army and AESIP. The ideal candidate has experience with Army logistics systems, advanced Microsoft Excel skills, and the ability to deliver accurate reporting and analysis to support equipment sustainment operations.

Due to the nature of our work as a federal consulting organization, employees may be expected to handle Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) and must adhere to applicable safeguarding and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Provide equipment readiness queries using GCSS-Army and AESIP for all 54 States and Territories to support annual equipment data calls.
  • Track and monitor shipments and dispositions for assigned depot maintenance program equipment.
  • Provide database queries to ARNG G44 (M) in support of depot maintenance and core depot requirements.
  • Identify depot maintenance issues daily and forward them to the Government Depot Program Analyst.
  • Complete required training to gain access to AESIP and GCSS-Army.
  • Coordinate with Surface Maintenance Offices nationwide regarding shipments, ship-to address issues, equipment model updates, and equipment movement concerns.
  • Monitor ARNG 11N codes and equipment inventories across five depots.
  • Provide weekly status reports to the Government Depot Maintenance Analyst on all equipment movements scheduled for the fiscal year.

Requirements
  • Active Secret Clearance.
  • 3-5 years' experience and BS in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation Management, or a related discipline. (Army Logistics or depot/sustainment operations experience accepted in lieu of a degree).
  • Experience with Army logistics systems, including GCSS-Army and AESIP, with the ability to run equipment readiness queries and extract data.
  • Experience supporting equipment readiness, depot maintenance programs, or military logistics operations.
  • Experience tracking equipment shipments, movements, and dispositions using government IT systems.
  • Ability to analyze logistics data and provide queries, reports, and status updates to support depot maintenance requirements.
  • Experience identifying and escalating equipment or maintenance issues through proper channels.
  • Experience coordinating logistics actions with multiple state-level maintenance offices or geographically dispersed stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with monitoring equipment status codes such as ARNG 11N and tracking equipment movement between depots and DLA.
  • Experience preparing recurring weekly or daily status reports for leadership or program analysts.
  • Advanced Excel competency, including handling large datasets, pivot tables, and analysis tools.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience in Army Logistics, supply chain management, and transportation management. (Equivalent to an army supply sergeant or property book officer)


Travel Requirements
  • This is an onsite position for the first six months: However, after the initial six-month period, the position transitions to a hybrid schedule: (3 days in the office and 2 days telework). Travel is expected to be 3% and will be communicated in advance whenever possible.


U.S. Work Authorization

Applicants must be U.S. citizens and currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. This position supports a federal government contract and therefore requires an active Secret clearance.
