Area VP
Essential Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue, market share, and profitability goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop Regional Sales Directors, Area Sales Managers, and independent distributors.
• Establish performance objectives, monitor results, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Drive accountability through regular business reviews, forecasting, and performance management.
Business Development
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, health systems, ambulatory surgery centers, and integrated delivery networks.
• Develop strategic relationships with key spine surgeons, physician groups, and healthcare executives.
• Support product launches and commercialization efforts across the region.
• Expand adoption of enabling technologies, biologics, implants, navigation, and robotics platforms.
Customer & Market Engagement
• Serve as an executive-level representative with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to inform growth strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Clinical Education, Operations, and Product Development teams to optimize customer experience.
Financial Management
• Own regional revenue forecasts, budgets, and expense management.
• Monitor sales metrics and business performance indicators.
• Develop action plans to maximize profitability and resource allocation.
Talent Development
• Create a high-performance culture focused on collaboration, accountability, and customer success.
Compliance & Quality

Qualifications
