Sales Manager, someone who doesn't just sell outdoor spaces, but sells a vision. If you're at your best when you're in front of a homeowner, reading the room, building trust fast, and turning a backyard dream into a signed agreement, this role was built for you.
You'll own the full sales cycle, from first site visit to final signature. That means meeting with motivated homeowners, uncovering what they truly want, and guiding them through a consultative process that delivers stunning, custom outdoor living spaces. You won't be pushing products. You'll be solving problems, building relationships, and delivering an experience that earns referrals for years.
You'll work alongside talented designers and production teams who execute at a high level. Your job is to be the client's trusted guide from concept to commitment. The better you are at building confidence and closing deals, the more your earning potential grows. There's an upside to what top performers here can make.
