Summary
The Area Manager, Mobile Medical Equipment (MME) is responsible for a region of MME product operations delivery. This role leads site leaders to ensure quality and consistency across the product line. The Area Manager is responsible for executive level relationships, customer satisfaction, value proposition progress for individual customer sites, and effective communication to demonstrate outcomes. The role will guide overall associate experiences in their region by leading through TRIMEDX core values. The Area Manager directly leads MME Site Leaders and Senior Site Leaders to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to policies and ISO standards. The position must maintain a collaborative team environment that motivates and encourages associates to excel and add value to the organization.
Responsibilities
Leadership
- Leads a group of leaders across multiple hospitals and systems
- Creates and fosters an environment of innovation
- Develops talent to support the current and future organizational needs
- Ensures quality and consistency across the product line

- Removes roadblocks and enables strategic risk taking; advocates and drives change management and adoption of behaviors and practices
- Maintains a collaborative team environment that motivates and encourages associates to excel and add value to the organization
Account Management
- Responsible for executive level relationships, customer satisfaction, value proposition progress for individual customer sites, and effective communication to demonstrate outcomes
- Effectively demonstrates operational outcomes to drive client satisfaction
- Collaborates with customers and vendors to develop win-win solutions
- Support growth opportunities
Operational Delivery
- Leads MME Site Leaders and Senior Site Leaders to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to policies and ISO standards
- Develop service delivery strategies with an outlook of continuous process improvement and KPIs
- Develops and iterates mechanisms for the overall MME program to ensure optimized operational delivery
- Develop and iterate MME training tools
- Partner with CE operations leadership to drive efficiency, maintain customer alignment, and present as one TRIMEDX
- Partner with TRIMEDX advanced offerings optimize value to our customers
- Demonstrates sound and timely decision-making skills.
- Monitors performance benchmarks
- Manages financial performance
Leadership: Provide clear direction to ensure collective achievement of goals and objectives. Create an environment of respect, collaboration, and open communication.
Associate Development: Identify and support development needs of direct reports and team members including connecting them to resources both internally and externally to ensure a culture of continuous improvement.
Associate Engagement: Create high levels of employee engagement by understanding organizational and personal drivers that impact drivers and developing action plans that deliver increased engagement.
Performance management: Set clear goals and expectations for teams, monitor, and enable performance and intervene with appropriate action when performance gaps occur and provide timely, honest feedback. Ensure that associates complete assigned actions by required deadlines.

Education and Qualifications
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years people leadership experience in an acute care hospital environment.
- 5+ years of customer facing experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
