Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services and 3-6 years of relevant experience, including significant management experience.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience required.
• Experience supporting adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities essential.
• Knowledge of Title 22, Title 17, and Appendix J necessary.
• ICF experience is preferred.
• State licensure as required is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills essential.
• Effective communication skills necessary for relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise staff at the program site to ensure quality services.
• Oversee financial performance, including reviewing statements and ensuring billing compliance.
• Implement growth strategies to increase census and occupancy rates.
• Build and maintain relationships with case managers, referral agents, and local officials.
• Foster relationships with individuals served, their families, and guardians.
