Salary: $90,000-$100,000

As an Area Director of Human Resources Business Partner, you will drive strategic HR support across multiple venues, acting as a critical link between operations and the broader HR team. You will champion HR initiatives, foster team culture, ensure compliance, and help build high-performing teams that deliver results. Position will require travel up to 20%.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a multi-site or regional capacity
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite
  • PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred
