Area Director of Food and Beverage

As the Area Director of Food and Beverage, you will lead all F&B operations, ensuring exceptional service, quality, and profitability across restaurants, bars, and banquets. This role oversees all food & beverage operations for the Knoxville Collection (Hilton, Marriott, The Tennessean). You'll oversee staffing, budgeting, and guest satisfaction while driving innovation and efficiency. This leadership role requires a strong hospitality background, attention to detail, and a passion for creating outstanding dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will be the visionary leader of our hotel's dining experiences, overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations.
  • Your daily tasks will include managing food and beverage staff, developing innovative menus and offerings, and ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction.
  • You will report to the General Manager or Hotel Operations Manager.
  • A career as a director of food and beverage can lead to various executive-level opportunities within the hospitality industry, such as regional food and beverage director, general manager, or even corporate-level positions.
Education & Experience

Hotel experience is always a plus! Applicants should have:
  • A college degree or two years of hotel experience
  • Previous experience in this exact position (preferred)
  • Previous experience in a similar or related position (required)
