Area Contract Logistics Manager
How you create impactOperational Management- Lead and optimize all client supply chain operations to ensure efficiency, profitability, and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee productivity, quality, and safety standards in alignment with company and customer requirements.
- Ensure operational excellence through KPI achievement, target setting, and a strong culture of Safety and Quality.
Leadership- Provide strategic direction, development, and coaching to leadership teams.
- Foster an innovative, inclusive, and performance-driven culture.
- Hold leaders accountable for operational and financial results.
Financial Oversight- Manage full U.S. P&L, including annual budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
- Maximize client profitability across existing operations.
Strategic Growth- Drive organic account growth by identifying and implementing value-add opportunities.
- Support acquisition of new business and new logos.
- Implement automation strategies for key clients and teams.
What we would like you to bringEducation- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience- 10-15+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, or operations.
- Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-site operations.
- Demonstrated success with P&L ownership, budgeting, and financial performance management.
- Strong track record of achieving and improving KPI performance, quality, and safety standards.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, including senior-level leaders.
- Background in client relationship management and supporting organic and new business growth.
- Experience implementing automation, process improvement, and technology-driven operational enhancements.
