What you will do- Lead and oversee all field installation projects by supervising Field Managers, coordinating crews and resources, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to company quality standards.
- Conduct regular job-site visits to monitor project progress, enforce installation best practices, resolve operational challenges, and maintain compliance with company SOPs and manufacturer requirements.
- Champion a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA regulations, conducting safety audits and toolbox talks, investigating incidents, and implementing corrective actions to protect crews and job sites.
- Develop and mentor Field Managers and installation crews through coaching, performance evaluations, training initiatives, and succession planning to build a high-performing field operations team.
- Drive productivity, quality assurance, and customer satisfaction by monitoring labor and material performance, improving operational efficiency, resolving punch-list items, and coordinating schedules with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
What We Are Looking ForRequired:- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5-7+ years of experience in exterior construction or siding installation, with 3+ years in a leadership role managing crews and field personnel
- Experience overseeing multiple crews and managing 8-15 direct and indirect reports
- Strong knowledge of exterior cladding systems, building codes, and blueprint reading
- Proficient in Google Suite, construction management software, scheduling, and resource planning tools
- Proven leadership, problem-solving, organizational, and multitasking skills with a hands-on approach to field management
Preferred:- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask efficiently
