Job Title: Architecture Specialist

Years of Experience: 5-7 Years

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Architecture Specialist with a strong background in Service Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and implementing architectural solutions that align with business objectives while ensuring optimal service delivery and management.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop architectural frameworks that support business goals and enhance service delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of architecture with service management practices.
  • Conduct assessments of existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement in service management.
  • Provide guidance and support in the implementation of service management best practices.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of architectural solutions to ensure they meet service management standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform architectural decisions.

Mandatory Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of Service Management principles and practices.
  • Proven experience in architectural design and implementation.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with cloud architecture and services.
