We're growing and currently seeking mid-level Architects and Design Professionalsin Los Angeles, CA with 5+ years of experience to join our collaborative studios. Responsibilities
  • Collaborate on the design and documentation of a variety of project types including aviation, education, civic, tribal, commercial, and federal facilities.
  • Produce drawings, specifications, diagrams, 3D models, and reports that align with project goals.
  • Apply building codes, ADA, and zoning regulations to develop functional, compliant design solutions.
  • Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and team coordination efforts.
  • Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and internal team members to deliver integrated project outcomes.
  • Support QA/QC efforts and construction administration activities, including submittal reviews and site observations.
  • Lead portions of project documentation and guide junior staff in design development.

Compensation and Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $73,000 to $109,500 USD per year. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as experience, education, licensure, skills, internal equity, and location. This role is eligible for a benefits package that may include medical, dental, vision, paid time off, paid holidays, and retirement plan options. Stated benefits are for regular full-time positions. Temporary and part-time roles eligible for limited benefits.
