Position Summary:This job is responsible for defining an architectural vision and solution aligned to the enterprise architecture strategy, technology, and platform choices. Key responsibilities include describing the solution intent/associated operating environment, evaluating system impacts, determining the primary systems/sub-systems and their interfaces, and assisting with end-to-end solution design. Job expectations include defining non-functional requirements/architectural runway to support new epics/features and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose by working with stakeholders and service providers.
Responsibilities:- Consults with the business and operations to identify and understand challenges and opportunities to improve the use and effectiveness of technology, find creative solutions through knowledge of the domain, practical experiments, and Proof of Concepts, and aligns the solution intent and architectural vision to an evolving backlog of technology change
- Works with product management and other stakeholders to plan and prioritize technology focused backlog items for the architecture runway to enable business epics/features
- Performs design and code reviews to ensure all non-functional requirements for a solution are sufficiently met (for example, security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability)
- Leads rapid shaping of a high level architecture with details filled in with emerging business requirements and ensures architecture is flexible, modular, and designed to adapt easily
- Educates team members on the technology practices, standardization strategies, and best practices to create innovative solutions
- Clarifies the architecture and assists with system design for the development teams to support implementation and provides solution options to resolve any architectural impediments
- Utilizes the defined best practices, templates, and documentation to create architectural designs and suggests improvements to best practices and templates
- Architect and Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
- Lead and guide the migration from Sales Cloud to Financial Services Cloud (FSC), ensuring seamless transition and minimal business disruption.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, QA, Integration, Security, etc.) to align technical solutions with overall enterprise architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers, admins, and business analysts.
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure adherence to Salesforce standards and maintain system integrity.
- Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that leverage Salesforce capabilities and integration patterns.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring scalability and maintainability of solutions.
- Work closely with stakeholders to drive technical discussions, propose innovative solutions, and ensure timely project delivery
Required Qualifications :- 12+ years of overall Salesforce experience, with a strong background in solution architecture and platform design.
- Proven expertise in Sales Cloud and Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations and migrations. Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and Data Modeling.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governance standards.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience guiding and mentoring technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities across business and technical teams. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross functional environment.
Desired Qualifications - Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification (preferred).
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification (highly desirable)

Pay range
$105,600.00 - $165,000.00 annualized salary, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set.
Discretionary incentive eligible
This role is eligible to participate in the annual discretionary plan.
