Azure Data Solutions & Consulting Architect

Role Summary

TCS is seeking highly driven Azure Data Solutions Architect to join the Microsoft Unit. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving revenue growth for the Data and AI portfolio with the Microsoft Unit. You will be responsible for engaging with Senior executives to understand problem statements and provide solutions to customers incorporating TCS offerings and solution in the Data and AI space. You will collaborate with Sales Teams and Delivery teams to develop and present solutions in the sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate should bring a strong Data Consulting, Architecture and Management foundation and be well versed with Industry leading data platforms like Azure Data platform, Databricks, etc

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Advisory & Solution Shaping:

i. Act as a trusted advisor to CIO/CDO and Data Platform leaders.

ii. Translate business objectives into Azure data and analytics strategies.

2. Articulate Azure Data & AI for Data offerings and value proposition of TCS.

3. Develop and present AI-Led Azure data and analytics solutions and proposals.

4. Pre-Sales & Executive Presentations:

i. Lead solutioning for proposals and RFPs.

ii. Develop and present architecture and value narratives.

5. Proof of Concept (POC) Assistance/Execution (if required):

i. Design and deliver small POCs using Microsoft Fabric and Azure AI.

ii. Demonstrate ingestion, analytics, governance, and AI-driven insights.

6. Microsoft Fabric based Technical Architecture Development - Define unified analytics architectures using OneLake, Lakehouse, and Fabric Warehouse.

7. Work closely with business stakeholders, sales teams, and delivery leaders to develop solution blueprints, present executive-level narratives, and deliver short, high-impact Proofs of Concept (POCs).

8. Architecture Governance & Delivery Handoff:

9. Collaborate with TCS practice heads (Azure, Data, Security,) to build compelling joint solution offerings for the market.

10. Mentor and coach team members, fostering a high-performance culture.

Salary Range: $140,000-$1 85,000 a year
