Full Job Description
Eli Lilly and Company seeks an Architect (R4) to formulate direction for Tech[redacted] strategies, plans, and architectures for an assigned area of responsibility. Deliver technology solutions that are aligned with enterprise goals, business goals, and drives for speed to value. Assure projects make appropriate use of designs and implementations. Collaborate with other architects to ensure that the direction of the initiative considers broad contexts. Coach and guide teams and leaders on architecture considerations relevant to areas of responsibility. #LI-DNI

Position requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a closely related STEM field, and 4 years of experience with developing solutions and platforms to meet targeted business goals. Experience must include a minimum of: 4 years of experience with designing system solutions consistent with serialization business requirements; 4 years of experience with performing risk impact analysis for system changes and business process optimizations; 4 years of experience with conducting regular reviews with business clients; 4 years of experience with reviewing functional specifications, test scenarios, and test scripts; and 4 years of experience executing projects leveraging Waterfall and Agile principles and frameworks. Part-time telecommuting may be permitted. Up to 20% domestic and international travel required. #LI-DNI

Actual compensation will depend on a candidate's education, experience, skills, and geographic location. The anticipated wage for this position is
$154,149.00 - $177,271.35 per year

Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).
