Architect - Healthcare

Compensation: $65,000 - $145,000 / year

Description

In this role, you'll collaborate directly with industry leaders Tarah Raaum, AIA, and Jeremy Wiesen, AIA, while working alongside a talented internal team of designers, spec writers, visualization experts, and construction administrators. As an ISG Employee Owner, you'll partner with a talented team of fellow owners to bring visionary healthcare environments to life. Essential Duties
  • Collaborate closely with clients, design professionals, and stakeholders to deliver innovative healthcare environments-from hospitals to clinics and ancillary support services
  • Lead projects through all phases, including master planning, programming, design development, documentation, funding support, and construction
  • Clearly communicate project goals, design standards, and processes with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment and excellence
  • Mentor and inspire team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented studio culture

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • Licensed Architect with active registration
  • Proven ability to build strong client relationships and promote ISG's design solutions
  • Exceptional communication skills-able to convey ideas empathetically, visually, and effectively in both written and verbal formats
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, healthcare regulations, and safety standards
  • Skilled at representing ISG and clients in public forums and stakeholder meetings
  • Proficient in architectural design software including Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and SketchUp
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare design, including detailed architectural drawings and documentation
  • Collaborative mindset with leadership capabilities and a passion for mentoring others
  • Interest in evidence-based design and performance-based design solutions
