Translates broad business needs into detailed, complex system and application specifications for development and support teams. 4. Oversees the design, configuration, and deployment of enterprise systems, applications, and infrastructure to meet business requirements. 5. Provides technical guidance and mentorship to team members and stakeholders throughout project lifecycles. 7. Ensures compliance with organizational standards, policies, and regulatory requirements in all system and process activities. 8. Contributes to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives by evaluating current systems and recommending enhancements. 10. Relevant certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, or PMP are preferred. Preferred Qualifications 1. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related discipline. 2. Experience with cloud platforms and modern development methodologies (Agile, DevOps). 3. Certifications in project management or enterprise architecture (TOGAF, Zachman). 4. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
