Qualifications

• Deep understanding of tree care, hazard assessment, and integrated pest management.

Responsibilities

• Act as a mobile tree doctor, conducting house calls to assess tree health.
• Educate both residential and commercial customers about their tree care needs.
• Provide detailed estimates tailored to customer requirements.
• Create and manage annual plant health care programs for clients.
• Foster and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Oversee and direct crew members assigned to customer jobs.
• Assist District Manager in overall team management and coordination.
