Responsibilities:
- Drive ARAD adoptionacross the Department of the Air Force (DAF) through targeted stakeholder engagement, communications, and compliance readiness.
- Serve as the primary POC for ARAD change initiatives and operational coordination across the DAF.
- Develop change management strategies using industry-standard tools to accelerate IT operations and process adoption.
- Translate technical cyber goals into operational outcomes to enhance enterprise security and mission readiness.
- Assess operational risks of vulnerability management initiatives to ensure seamless deployment and long-term sustainment.
- Align vulnerability remediation with mission priorities, cyber objectives, and enterprise governance.
- Identify and mitigate operational and programmatic risks.
- Lead cross-functional alignment across cybersecurity, IT, program management, and mission partners.
- Bridge technical and business operations to manage stakeholder expectations and secure buy-in.
- Liaise with external partners and departments to synchronize operations.
- Deliver regular dashboardsand progress reports to leadership and key stakeholders.
- Document coordination effortsto keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
- Gather post-implementation feedbackto identify adoption gaps and execute corrective actions.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Active SECRET security clearance; ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
- 10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelors Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
- Strong leadership, risk mitigation planning, and executive-level reporting capabilities.
- Proven ability to build relationships, navigate organizational politics, and persuade stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven experience implementing change management in AGILE and hybrid environments while leveraging ITIL expertise as a discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working with large-scale, complex IT environments.
Desired:
- Experience with ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) or DAF enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of additional automation tools for IT asset discovery and remediation.
