The Opportunity:

As a CACI All-Source Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a key member of a threat analyses and strategic planning team supporting Task Force 40-25 and in direct support of US Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), the Theater Special Operations Commands and other Strategic Partners across the Special Operations Forces Emerging Threats, Operations and Planning Support (SOFETOPS) enterprise. You will provide intelligence support to targeting and planning and policy development for complex projects. Deliver all-source intelligence analysis, target development, and assessments in support of readiness, operational planning, operations, and innovation initiatives. Through all-source analysis, you will contribute to developing new solutions, processes, and standards while communicating with parties external to your organization,the interagency, andits community of interest (COI). You will be responsible for providing accurate, relevant, and timely all-source analysis, target development, and assessments, and coordination, and integration of all pertinent input and data from analysts supporting the project.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as embedded All-Source Intelligence Analyst.
  • Execute detailed threat analysis and assessments against national and global threats to identify risks, gaps, and vulnerabilities and recommend countermeasures.
  • Analyze multi-domain intelligence to discover, develop, and assist in the global target development of various threats and actors.
  • Leverage and deliver the tools, expert analysis, and tradecraft required to provide timely, relevant, actionable, and understandable intelligence material to inform decision-makers and influence outcomes.
  • Conduct all-source intelligence research, analysis, and target development through various reporting, processes, and databases.
  • Use of all-source analytical methodologies and tools to support targeting and target development.
  • Prepares and provides all-source intelligence products in support of Department of Defense concepts, capability development, and customers. These products include subject matter briefs, intelligence notes, threat modules, threat briefings, and target intelligence products.
  • Collaborates and coordinates intelligence products within DoD and Intelligence Community agencies and organizations throughout the SOF Enterprise.
  • Provides consistent real-time updates of current analyses and assessments to existing Intel databases. (Analysts on-call from Threat Analysis Team include: GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, HUMINT, *Sub-T, *dense urban Terrain, *Insider Threat, *C-UAS) (SMEs on-call from Mod & Innovation Cell include *UGVs, EMS, EW, KM; ORSA; RDT&E; RED Team; Cultural Advisors; IT; TNG Integrators; Curriculum Integrators; Logisticians; linguist)

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Current Top Secret/Specialized Compartmented Information Security Clearance.
  • A bachelors degree and 5+ years of experience, an associate degree and 7+ years of experience, or 9+ years of relevant work experience.
  • A minimum of three years experience in operations coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic-level command or while supporting a similar size and scope of a DoD contract.
  • More than five years coordinating MULTI-INT support to network analysis in support of attack the network or CT operations - including counter-facilitation.
  • Direct experience providing operations or intelligence support.
  • Operational and functional understanding of intel analysis tools to include MIDB, M3, Lucky, FADE/MIST, TAC, NCTC Online, TIDE, TargetCOP, and various OSINT Tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Palantir, Analyst Notebook, DataXplorer, Google Earth, CZTK, Rockstar, Mosaic.
  • Working knowledge of the tools, methods, and concepts of portals and other real-time or near-real-time knowledge management systems.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Desired:

  • Experience supporting USASOC or Joint SOF organizations in a deployed environment.
  • Graduate of an Intelligence Support to Targeting Course, SOF Targeting Course, and/or All-Source Intelligence Analyst Course.
  • Previous experience conducting facility and network charactization using various intelligence sources.
  • Experience conducting collaboration in intelligence analysis with external DoD, IC, or IA organizations.
  • Must work independently with limited government oversight and function effectively as part of a team in a joint working environment.
  • Current Poly or willing to obtain.

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
