Job Description:

The primary responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the administration of cost, accounting, budgeting, spending, forecasting, cost reduction for multiple site facilities operations organizations, including for small construction projects, facilities operations expenses, and facilities operational capital spending.
  • Will manage and administer work processes for how all cost forecasting, budgeting, approval, and spending occurs at multiple sites with an eye toward standardization and improving budget accuracy and efficiency of managers/engineers/technicians who use the systems and processes.
  • Will drive improvement in existing tools and system to streamline and approve efficiency.
  • Perform technical tasks and processes to support engineering, manufacturing, or operations teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
  • Maintain and update technical documentation and records as required.
  • Ensure adherence to Intel's standards and procedures in all assigned tasks.
  • Utilize technical skills and knowledge to assist in project execution and delivery.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and performance.
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests, analyzing results to verify compliance with specifications.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.


Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position.

  • Associate of Arts (AA) in Mathematics or similar technical, math-based, or finance/accounting degree.
  • 15 years of required experience with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Advanced experience in technical tools, software, or systems relevant to the role including but not limited to Excel, SAP, Access, QuickBase, SmartSheet, QuickBooks, PowerBI
  • Advanced experience with PO issuance and tracking in Small Projects GC work, Ariba tool, supporting self-performed, break fix, major maintenance project work.


Preferred Qualifications:

Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking.
  • Adaptability to learn and apply new technologies and methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of latest AI tools in developing software tools, applications, reporting, charting, database interaction

Annual Salary Range for jobs which could be performed in the US: $52,000.00-$200,000.00 (Hourly Role)
