Department: Middlesex Health Primary Care (MHPC) Office in Westbrook, Connecticut is seeking an acute care APP.

Hours: 40 hours per week - with 36 patient contact hours, weekdays only
•
Role: 100% office-based outpatient acute care - all ages
•
Call Schedule: Established call group of physicians and APPs - Averages 3 weeks per year
•
EPIC with Dragon, HIPAA-compliant texting, patient self-scheduling, and patient portal

Position Summary Middlesex Health Primary Care is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible APP for an established, multi-provider primary care practice in Westbrook, CT. The incoming APP will step into a well-established panel of patients and partner with providers with deep roots in the Middlesex area. Minimum Requirements:
Certification of satisfactory completion of an approved physician's assistant or nurse practitioner program. Connecticut Licensure as a physician's assistant or nurse practitioner. Compliance with all Middlesex Health Medical staff bylaws for maintenance of Middlesex Health privileges. ACLS certification.
