Pay: Range starts at $94,244.88 annually ( pay is calculated based on years of licensed working experience)
Schedule : 8:00 am - 5:00 pm | Monday - Friday (flexibility to switch to 4/10 schedule once quality metrics and productivity expectations are met) |

Job Summary The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) diagnoses non-psychiatric medical problems, behavioral health, and substance use disorders, and provides evidence-based treatments for those disorders.
Essential Functions - Diagnoses medical disorders including behavioral health and substance use disorders in accordance with existing Current Procedural Technology (CPT) definitions
- Prescribes evidence-based treatments for diagnosed disorders
- Bills for services in a timely manner
- Documents important clinical events in the electronic medical record system
- Provides professional leadership, mentoring, and general guidance for other medical team members
- Educates clients and families of the individual treatment plan
- Will be assigned to support multiple clinics
- Follows agency documentation policies for all phases of treatment, including assessments, care plans, treatment transitions and discharge plans, and client care
- Collaborates with internal and external multidisciplinary teams regarding clinical aspects of treatment
- Adheres to ethical and legal standards set by licensing boards and state regulations
- Meets direct care expectations
- Participates in ongoing professional development activities to meet licensure, certification, and/or other agency requirements
Requirements
Education- Master or Doctorate degree in advanced practice nursing from an accredited organization
Experience- None - see preferred experience
Licenses/Certificates- APRN license in state of practice
- DEA license in state of practice
- Valley de-escalation certification
- Waiver to prescribe buprenorphine if applicable
Preferred Qualifications - 1-2 years of previous FNP or PMHNP experience
