Pay rate range- $85/hr - $90/hr. Fully Onsite Job Description: Must Have: Knowledge of feedback of control theory Experience working with developing controllers for complex robotics systems Proficiency with MATLAB/Python for modeling/analysis An experienced Controls Engineer to develop and optimize robot motion control systems through advanced controller tuning, with expertise in position and torque control. The ideal candidate will establish robust testing frameworks, design automated validation routines, and implement standardized processes for controller performance evaluation. Must demonstrate strong programming skills to create automated test suites, analyze system responses, and document testing methodologies. Experience with real-time control systems, motion planning, and system identification required, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex control issues through data-driven approaches.
