Applied AI Engineer to make the AI systems that power Corridor's product measurably better.
This is a hybrid
AI and software engineering role. Where our AI Engineers focus on core AI problems - you'll focus on product AI problems: obsessing over our evals, shipping the improvements that move them, and owning that work end-to-end.
What You'll Do- Own our evals: make them better, and make us better on them
- Ship product changes that improve our AI systems - prompts, retrieval, agent scaffolding, model and tool integrations
- Own your work end-to-end, from prototype to production
- Work closely with our AI and product engineers to bring new AI capabilities into Corridor's platform
What We're Looking For- Experience shipping production code and owning features end-to-end
- A track record of building on LLMs and measurably improving AI systems
- Hands-on experience with LLM evaluation
- 3+ years of experience in a software engineering or ML role. Ideally 5+
- Self-directed and product-minded. You can take ownership of ambiguous projects
Nice to Have- Infrastructure or DevOps experience (CI/CD, cloud, observability)
- Experience with model fine-tuning
- Experience with code generation and/or security
- Experience working at high-growth startups as an engineer or founder
- Open-source contributions or public technical writing (blogs, benchmarks, demos)
