Applications Pathology Lead (Denver,CO/Shelton,CT)

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience supporting clinical applications, enterprise imaging, PACS, or healthcare workflows who enjoys partnering with customers, optimizing clinical processes, and delivering exceptional training and support.

As digital pathology adoption continues to accelerate across the United States, healthcare organizations are transforming how pathology images, workflows, and diagnostics are managed. In this role, you will serve as the clinical application expert for customer implementations, working closely with pathologists, laboratory staff, project teams, and technical engineers to ensure customers successfully adopt Sectra's digital pathology solutions. Your focus will be on clinical workflows, user education, application configuration, and helping customers maximize the value of their investment.

What You Will Do
  • Lead the clinical application aspects of pathology implementations, upgrades, and expansion projects.
  • Deliver application training for pathologists, laboratory personnel, and other end users on Sectra's digital pathology solutions.
  • Partner with customers to understand existing clinical workflows and recommend best practices that improve efficiency and user adoption.
  • Configure and validate application workflows to support customer clinical and operational needs.
  • Provide workflow guidance and application support throughout implementation, go-live, and post-go-live activities.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leads, and Product Specialists to deliver successful customer outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary application resource during customer meetings, workflow discussions, and training sessions.
  • Develop training materials, workflow documentation, and customer education resources.
  • Gather customer feedback and communicate enhancement opportunities to internal product and development teams.
  • Build trusted relationships with clinicians, healthcare leaders, and customer stakeholders through exceptional service and partnership.
  • Stay current on healthcare imaging workflows, enterprise imaging trends, and new Sectra product capabilities.


Who You Are
  • You have experience supporting healthcare applications, enterprise imaging, PACS, healthcare IT, or clinical software implementations.
  • You understand clinical workflows and enjoy helping users successfully adopt new technology.
  • You have experience delivering customer training, workflow consultations, or software implementations.
  • You are an excellent communicator who can work effectively with both clinical and technical stakeholders.
  • You enjoy building long-term customer relationships and serving as a trusted advisor.
  • You are organized, collaborative, and comfortable managing multiple customer engagements.
  • You are naturally curious and enjoy learning new technologies and healthcare workflows.


Nice to Have
  • Experience with PACS, enterprise imaging, RIS, LIS, EMR, or digital pathology solutions.
  • Knowledge of healthcare interoperability concepts such as DICOM or HL7.
  • Experience supporting healthcare software implementations or clinical workflow optimization.
  • Experience developing training materials or delivering end-user education.
  • Familiarity with pathology workflows or laboratory environments.
