Qualifications

• BS degree in electrical engineering, preferably with a focus on RF/Microwave
• 2+ years of experience in a technical role involving customer interaction
• Familiarity with capacitor products and their applications is preferred
• Self-directed, professional, and collaborative personality
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong problem-solving abilities, managing multiple tasks effectively
• Eligibility to work in the U.S. without ITAR restrictions

Responsibilities

• Field customer technical inquiries
• Conduct cost analyses for single layer capacitors
• Define custom part requirements alongside customers
• Collaborate with engineering to establish testing protocols
• Perform lab experiments to enhance product capabilities
• Gain knowledge of manufacturing processes through operations collaboration
• Address quality issues with the Quality department
• Assist in new product development with Product Manager and Marketing
• Coordinate with Sales for understanding customer technical needs
• Maintain product documentation and online technical content
