Full Job Description
Team Overview

Onboarding Master Central (OMC) is the technology platform that orchestrates the client onboarding functions of multiple business domains, empowering clients and operations teams with interactive tools, APIs, and real-time information to automate and streamline onboarding workflows across areas such as Legal, Credit, Know Your Customer (KYC), and Account opening.

Serving as a unified portal, OMC is designed to streamline the onboarding process for new client accounts and facilitate client footprint expansions within Markets and Custody operations. It acts as the central entry point for securely capturing necessary client data and documents, and for initiating critical processes such as account/entity creation, KYC procedures, and Credit and Legal reviews. Despite the inherent complexities in workflow processes and diverse business organizations, OMC simplifies the request flow by ensuring complete task accountability, robust audit controls, and accurate Service Level Agreement (SLA) capturing, leading to improved expense reduction through enhanced Straight-Through Processing (STP). By leveraging the latest technologies, OMC provides best-in-class client onboarding services, effectively speeding up request and data flow processes across various business and operational functions.
